Medical Appointments for Fee-for Service and Concierge Practice Options

We reserve the right to accept patients in our practice. The Art and Science of Medicine primarily works on a fee-for-service basis. The Concierge Practice Option is by invitation-only and primarily is reserved for patients who require house calls.

We do not work with insurance companies or other insurance networks. We do not provide superbills or reports to insurance companies. Please know there are less-expensive options in this area for the care of patients with unexplained illnesses, including long COVID and lifestyle medicine. Those options include the Stanford Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Post-Acute COVID-19 Syndrome Clinics. We encourage you to consider these options before considering our practice.
